So who is Smileyeileey and what does she do?

Established in 2012 Dr. Eileen Mc Glinchey, known to families online as Smileyeileey, is a passionate children’s oral-health advocate dedicated to making healthy smiles fun, friendly, and fear-free. With a warm, approachable style and a mission to empower parents with trusted guidance, she blends her professional expertise with a playful touch that helps children feel excited about caring for their teeth.

Through her educational content and community work and Oral Health range Dr. Mc Glinchey has become a trusted voice for families seeking simple, effective ways to build strong oral-care habits from the very beginning. Her goal is to make every child’s dental journey positive—and to give parents the tools they need to support lifelong, confident smiles.

Dr Eileen’s passionate for childrens oral health led her to the creation of the Smileyeileey Oral Health range to help children and parents have a fun and effective oral health regime at home.

Dr Eileen has been awarded Irish Dentistry Rising Star Award in 2024 for her outstanding commitment to tackle oral health and Finalist in the Oral Health Awards in 2017 & 2018 as well as being highly commended by the people of prevention awards in 2017.
